Holy shit! I did it! I finally created my own food log and journal. I wanted to create something for me that tracks the info that I want to collect.

By having data, I don’t let myself be judgmental. Some days I’m totally on point but the scale doesn’t comply. This means that my body is either holding onto water or hormones are changing and there’s not a flipping thing I can do about it.
I can see what foods work for me and which ones don’t. If I’m struggling with meal prep ideas, I can go back through and see if there’s something I haven’t had in a while and get ideas there.
Journaling keeps you mindful about what you’re eating and thinking throughout the day. By writing this stuff down, you’re creating awareness. Awareness of the little overeats. Awareness of the mindless snacking. Awareness of some bullshit thoughts that create some bullshit feelings that lead to an overeat. If your serious about a permanent change in your life, journal. It’s been a game changer for me.
