Failure Is Not Only An Option But Necessary.

Love, love, love Brooke Castillo. This episode was so spot on.

If you don’t fail, did you really succeed? How do you know you pushed yourself hard enough unless you fail? If you succeeded, did you push yourself hard enough, could you have done more? What can you learn if you always win?

Thomas Edison tried 10,000 times before he got the light bulb right. Wouldn’t call him a failure. So why do we give up so easily on ourselves?

I’m so glad that I failed at all my other attempts at weight loss… yes you read that right. Now that I’ve succeeded, the success is so much sweeter.

I’m the go to friend and family member if you need something done. But I don’t give myself the same commitment. I say no more! This is the end of my life long yo-yo dieting. No more quitting projects halfway through. No more giving up on myself. Period!
