So I reviewed my journal this week. It was a pretty damn good week!
I stuck to my food plan and journaled every day. If you’ve seen my other posts this week you’ll see I stopped eating dairy and seeds. I’ve lost 5.5 lbs in 10 days. 🥳🥳.
And as an added bonus I tried on some new pants at the store and they fit! SIZE 8! Never in my adult life have I ever worn a freaking size 8.
I did catch myself wanting to eat off plan. I made my boyfriend banana bread. When I pulled it out of the oven, oh man! The smell. I wanted to have a piece so bad! I caught those thoughts telling me it would be ok to have a piece. Through journaling, I recognized these thoughts for what they are. Bullshit! I focused on my power thoughts and took my ass out of the kitchen.
So this week I think I was really disciplined so here’s my background this week to keep me motivated.
