Just a quick up date to my Plant Paradox blog. I’m still not eating cheese and sunflower seeds on my salads and yesterday ordered just a burger instead of a cheeseburger.
It’s been 8 days now and I’ve lost 3.5 lbs! That’s a fucking big deal since I’m so close to my goal.
