I just got it yesterday. I’m so excited to dive in. I loved The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks so I thought I’d check this out. Both talk about self sabotage.
The Healthy Morning Mind Toolkit comes from a cognitive behavioral therapy approach. I don’t know anything about this line of therapy so I’m kind of intrigued to see how it differs from The Big Leap.
